Art Journal Classes

The details for the art journal class have been confirmed and I am very excited to share with you the guidelines and some pictures for the first 3 classes.....



The starting date is Saturday 20th April, 10.30 to  1.30 and it is in this class you will learn how to actually put the journal together....below is the schedule for the remaining classes.

Week 2

Week One Sat 20th April, 10.30 to 1.30 – Make Art Journal using bookbinding technique and prep pages

Week Two Sat 27th April  10.30 to 12.30– Gelato’s - Masks, Gesso

Week Three Sun 5th  May  11.00 to 1.00– Dylusions – Ghosting technique with masks, Dylusions Stamps

Week 3

Week Four Saturday 11th May– Distress Stains – Blended Stains technique, Paint Dabber resist technique

Week Five Saturday 18th May– Distress Paints

Week Six Saturday 25th may– Acrylic Paints – Embossing folders

Week Seven Sat 1st June 10.30 to 12.30 – Fabrics and Texture – Burlap ribbon, Gel Medium

Week Eight  Sat 15th June 10.30 to 12.30– Pan Pastels – Masks, Workable fixative

Week Nine– Sat 22nd June 10.30 to 12.30 Distress Inks – Spritz n Flick technique, Faded Layers technique, Water Stamping technique, Distress Stains Misting.

The classes are priced at $28.00 each and when you book you will be given a list of products you will need to bring with you each week. 

Payment must be paid in advance to secure your seat and products....

If you cannot make it to each class we will have a catch up day at the end of the term for any unfinished work...
